For any 30 series card, a 550w psu is risking it. For a 3060, I wouldn't go below a 650w. There are some cheap 650w units as well, like the evga bq 650 that is semi modular. i got mine for $50 bucks after tax and shipping, so just look for some good deals. It's always a good idea to go around 100-150 watts above what you need, and especially since the 30 series cards can spike up in power consumption (not the 3060 so much but the 3070, 3080, and 3090).

TL;DR: I would go with a 650w psu instead because its good to go around 100 watts higher than what you need, and its good headroom.

On a bad PSU, yes. A good high quality, not really.

I wouldn't recommend just based on wattage. The ASUS Tuf Bronze is a tier B PSU while the B1 doesn't show up on the list. I'd be more comfortable with the TUF Bronze here.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Is the Asus tuf gaming 550w bronze good for a 3060?

It's fine - the TUF Bronze is mostly a Corsair CX (non-M) underneath

Anyway do you have a link to a webshop so that we can pick a better recommendation based on your budget?
