Hi. I've had my new computer for about 2 weeks now and I've noticed that at POST it beeped 2 times rather than one like my old PC did. The first beep is something like a deep toned beep. After that there is a second one and I recognize it because it sounds like the normal beep my old PC did at POST. My motherboard is this one CLICK  and I have an AMI BIOS. Should I be concerned about those 2 beeps ?

I believe 2 beeps refers to a RAM issue. Try re-seating the RAM modules (make sure their connectors are clean I.E. no dust). If it still persists. Try using the other colour coded slots (make sure the RAM kits are in the same colour coordinated slots).

Corsair 400R, i7 3770K @ 4.5GHz 16GB, Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz, Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Motherboard, 240GB Samsung 840 Evo Sata III SSD, 2 x Asus GTX 780 Direct CU2 SLI, Corsair H100i and Corsair AX860i Platinum Power supply.

I've removed and installed my ram (Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4 1600Mhz CL9 1.65V). I made 3 boot tests and I haven't heard the first deep beep since. The normal one that I recognize is still there though.  My BIOS however says that my RAM's latency is 11 not 9 and that I've installed them in the second and fourth dimm. I checked to see if I've installed my ram in the first and second dimm according to the motherboard (the gray dimm sockets) and I've done just that.
