what is your budget ,and what monitor you use  720P /1080P /4k and do you game alot, and what kind of games you play  if you play free to play games  you dont realy need an beast card, but if play games like battlefield 3/4 crysis  or farcry a lot i should say spend a but more and be more future proof

and your 550 watt psu is enough   even if you  buy an 780TI  or R290

i always want to be future proof so i buy always top of the line  card and run it for 3/4 years if the card dont die  and sell my card and i buy again top of the line  so i dont have to upgrade every year /2 years.

but again what is your budget

do you want to upgrade  other components  ect.

let me know ;)

ps here you have an link from oc3dtv he uses an 450 watt psu with an 780ti

they go for an gtx 770 if 400 usd is the maximum  4GB  gtx 770 do you have  for  360 /380 usd on newegg

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127747

for example  other gtx 770 have 2 gb on board this one has 4 gb vram but  so price is higher here

i prefer Nvidia becouse i had many problems with amd  (ATI) back in the days  but maby i had bad luck with them

if you wanna trie AMD go for an R9 280X  that card compares with the 770

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121803

r9 280 X but this card is more power hungry  you will able to run it but be carfull with OC  cpu and gpu

the 770 is more power efficient and the one i send you has 1 gb more  vram than the 280x ;)

the 780 goes above 400 / 500 usd

if you go 780 titan/ quadro it will power them but then go fdor an other other cpu if you realy want to go for editing you should go for an i7 if you r just gaming  you will be fine with that psu and cpu  with an 780 /ti/ titan

but if you realy want to be shure  go to the PSU section  from this forum or OC3D forums  post all the hardware you have in your pc

dvd drives / blueray  hard discs  ssds  coolers how many fans every thing you plugged in to you psu and if you  cpu is overclocked  how  many volts you use  and how many volts you use on the ram

im not an expert on psu's but  if you realy want to be safe and have a bit room  for your psu i tink you will  end up with 600 /650 watts  if you wanna overclock and stuff

thats the only thing i can say to you

just as i sayd if you have an small overclock on ur cpu  you will be able to run an 770 but dont overclock it then that may put to mutch stress on your psu

but as far as i know  you will be ready  for an 780ti/780 /770 without overclocking it!  but if you have your cpu bad ass overclocked with high voltages you maby get to run your cpu at stock speeds and stock voltages  but as i say i dont know how hight your cpu is overclocked and how many volts you use  ;)

well , if you go GTX 660/670 ,i think the psu will do just fine because Cooler master are very known on Making  very good PSUs , GTX 760/770 ,huuum ,you would be better to upgrade to 600~700W ,just to shill and not keep na eye on it worrying about it running Very hot at 90% Load
