Graphics card / driver issue

Recently I removed my old graphics card AMD Radeon hd 7470 to remove my old PCIE network card once reinstalling the new network card and old graphics card the drivers don’t show in device manger tried reinstalling the legacy drivers but no luck 

 

Pc info 

 

cpu: i7 3770

gpu: AMD Radeon hd 7470

motherboard: not sure 

OS: Windows 10 standard

Removing the card (hardware) CANNOT uninstall the drivers (software), either the card is badly seated or is defective or you did uninstall things ...
