Front fan controller dead?

Hello!

I turned on my PC today and my power button and fan controller lights went out right as I turned it on. I notice too that two of my fans are dead. I can no longer control the fans with the front controller either. I had recently tuned down my fans in BIOS, if that matters. Tried reverting it but nothing works. Is it possible that my fans died and thats the reason the controller isnt responding? I figured I would still be able to control my other 2 fans but maybe not.
