Windows installing error

I am using a usb to install windows but when I load the usb it says what the picture says at the bottom and I can’t get anywhere else on the setup and it just don’t work The only thing I changed I just added new NVMe I thought it was at at the beginning but when I took them out it still did the same thing does anybody know how to fix it
