Don't know if this falls into the GPU category but I wanted to trim my Nvidia highlights without it losing the quality when I upload it to Insta. Is there a editing software that will help me do this? I am on the latest drivers and am using an RTX 3060.

instagram does some encoding of its own in order for the videos not to be too big. There might not be too much you can do. You can use OBS to record your footage. OBS saves the videos as uncompressed .mkv and then you can use something like Shotcut to render it out into a .mp4. Just make sure that you go into the codec settings in Shotcut and set the quality to 100% if you don't want it compressed. You might be able to upload the raw .mkv to instagram however, you can try that out.
