I have an asus rog strix x570-e amd Ryzen 3950x and a 3060. Everything worked in my last case but my aio pump died so i built my own case and moved everything over. The only thing i changed is im using a gen 4 pcie riser cable. It looks messy right now. Im not done modding it out just wanna see if ill run.

With this much info we really have no idea. Any signs of life eg. fan spin? Any beep or error codes?  Have you tried running it without the riser?

In pursuit of knowledge and mistakes.
