Hi, I want to upgrade my memory modules. My current ones are 2666MHz 2x8 gb stick and i have heard that amd ryzen CPUs doesn't like low speed modules. So I want to change them but I don't know what speed should be sufficient for me the most. My motherboard is a Gigabyte b450 aorus pro and my CPU is a ryzen 5 3600 non-X version. Thanks for the help.

Yes, and no. It depends on what you're trying to do with more/faster RAM. Without knowing much about what you're trying to improve on, I would recommend 3200MHz RAM. 3200MHz RAM is one of the highest speeds that b450 motherboards originally supported. 32GB 3200MHz RAM would be the sweet spot for your build.
