Xbox series s issue

i have a xbox series s, its been working awesome for a while. but yesterday i noticed something while watching netflix IMG_0673.jpg.url i get a green line covering the bottom and rideside of screen it isnt the monitor or the cables

and sometimes i try and switch shows and some movies have it some dont

i looked it up but it seems to be only happening on lg tvs that are 4k i have a 1080p 144hz monitor  msi

G242 ive tried changing settings in the xbox aswell as the monitor with no differeance
