Amd fan going crazy

Hey everyone so recently my cpu fan started going full speed just as soon as the pc starts the fan goes full speed 

I have amd ryzen 5 3600x with its stock fan i tried the index rebuild as some threads suggested but nothing the fan still goes full power the cpu temp is around 42 when idle and when gaming its 62 i changed the thermal paste didnt work also formated the pc but still the same issue
