Here's what I'd get for 2K if you don't already have a good gaming monitor.  If you do,  This is still a great parts lkist as anything better is gonna cost quite a bit more for not much different of a gaming experience.

Motherboard: Gigabyte B660 GAMING X AX DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard  ($164.99 @ Newegg)

I'll get on it after I get home, might be a couple hours but I'll post it when I'm done.  Also, do you have a gaming monitor or not?

This is the best I could do for about 1400 JDO (about 2000 USD).  The 3060 12g should be enough for most of the kind of games people would want to play at a game center.  The ultrawide monitor is nice for an immersive experience, and to sell the image of a nice place to hang out and game.  The razer peripheral bundle is about as good a deal as you'll get on stuff that has the 'gamer' aesthetic but will still last a little longer than normal peripherals.  Ideally, these should last quite a while before they seem to not be fast anymore, and even them a simple GPU and RAM upgrade in 2026 or 2027 should keep them fresh a while longer.
