Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

i already have the 3060 ti and amd ryzen 7 5600x for it but i have no clue what else i need that will complete the build im lost on what will fit on what motherboard or if it will fit in what case.

Without knowing the GPU model it's not possible to be certain it will fit in a particular case. I have no idea if the budget is on top off the CPU and GPU cost or inclusive. If the later, it would help to know what those costs are.

 

You will have to check that the GPU length fits in the case. It most likely will.
