Budget (including currency): €4500

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, mostly strategy games like Crusader Kings 3, Stellaris, Civ 6 but some AAA gaminf as well

Other details I am looking for a system that will enable me to play games no matter the FPS or graphic quality for as long as possible before needing to update, hence why I am going with a 12900k and 2080Ti, this will be a completely clean build I have no parts right now, any advice especially concerning CPU cooling and case fans would be welcome.

Here:

$1000 cheaper without losing any performance really. WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better cooling with fractal torrent. Two of the best fans in the world with the a12x25s as bottom intake. Less overpriced cpu, board. No crappy useless DDR5 ram. You can buy windows from a cdkey website for like 20 bucks. 3080ti not worth it over vanilla 3080. Also I found a far superior power supply for cheaper. Save the extra 2k for upgrades next gen, gas, go take your girl out, etc.

Alternatively, you could get the 5800x3d. Not available in germany yet but is the best cpu for strategy games. I would then get the b550 unify x motherboard(the one with two dimm slots) and get some good 3800 cl14 ram and tighten the timings as much as possible
