Help 3D Lag

I have a lot of lag when playing Titanfall 3D. Can anybody guide me in the right direction to help me resolve this issue. Here is my build and i use NVIDIA 3D Vision 2 Wireless Glasses Kit.

did u turn off the v-sync...??

idk graphics lag??? i can play without 3d flawlessly

No i used the nivida optimizer to optimize it for me

What does V-sync do and why would it affect it

Ah hah found the answer for V-sync

 

"Vsync basically synchronizes your frames per second with your monitor refresh rate. It is not bad for any component and can reduce tearing in some instances. The problem is that it reduces your FPS rate if it is higher than your refresh rate"
