Hi everyone, I have the following issue:

If my computer was powered down and I start it, the USB hub integrated in my monitor as well a a Thunderbolt audio interface will not work.

I can get them working by unplugging them and repluging them and then restarting windows (only restart will work, not shut down and turning it back on again). But after every shut down and start the same thing will happen.

I had this problem since i got the pc a few months ago and have updated all drivers and bios, which didn’t resolve my issue.

This problem wasn’t occuring everytime until i selected to turn off the USB ports in S5 state in BIOS, now I could get it to happen consistently.

So it seems like the enumeration/ initialization of USB and Thunderbolt is not working correctly after boot.
I have checked if windows fastboot and some fastboot in bios was enabled but in bios it was off, in windows the option field was missing and to be extra sure i run a command that should disable fastboot in windows if it was on.

I am running a 12900KF on a Asus rog Maximums Z690 extreme with Windows 11.
