moving windows but other programs staying

I have a 1Tb hdd and i would just like to move windows to the ssd but keep most of my programs on the 1tb drive.

How big is the SSD? makes sense to install your programs on it as well they don't take up much space. The OS only needs around 20GB.

I have my OS and programs on my 120GB SSD.

I am getting a 120Gb ssd and i have about 400gb of information on the hdd now.
