IDM stucked !?!?!?

Hi guys. I wanted to download some videos from a chinese lecturing website using IDM but it always stuck. I tried to download other files or videos and found out that IDM is actually working really well, this problem only happen when I download any video from this website. At the first 10 seconds it was downloading, then the download speed slowly went down and became 0 and nothing happen. This might be the chinese server problem, but is there any thing I can do to solve this?
