Low performance

For one I randomly go into boot loop from time to time.

 

For the games I play I get very low performance compared to my old i7 7700/1070 pair up.

 

 

Csgo 1440p fps is averaging around 250 with drops down to 180 and sometimes even a complete 0. Settings don't seem to effect the change.

 

 

Rust 1440p Images seem to have a duplicate outline of texture. On max settings only getting around 70 fps and with opitmial graphic settings that a majority of people use I only get max 95 still with the blurry screen/duplicating Images and micro studders.

 

 

 

Everything is up to date. I've been dealing with this for about a year now and it's just getting to the point where it's un playable

Gpu is in the closest x16 slot to cpu and without a riser cable? Have you forced max performance from windows power settings and nvidia control panel? Is the ssd full? Is that aio working aka temps way below throttling?

That's baaaaaad and not normal, did you reset CMOS and reinstall windows + fully test RAM ?
