Can not clone or backup MVMe M.2

I have a XPG NvMe M.2 500G non RGB drive with windows10 on it . It just will not clone or backup. any ideas 

I tried External sources no luck. I also bought a Sabrent clone with offline function still no luck all others that i have work just fine
