Silent Foam

Hi guys, I've seen some Silent Foams like Silverstones (http://www.amazon.com/SilverStone-21-Inch-Dampening-Acoustic-SF01/dp/B0040JHMH6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1398040642&sr=8-1&keywords=silent+foam)

 

I just want to know if they are useful.. I mean, do they realy lower the noise? Are there some cheaper foams than Silverstone one?

It looks pretty well closed, but before you even bother with foam make sure your fans are quiet because the foam will only help when its already as quiet as possible.

VC: Sapphire HD 7850 Dual-X OC

PSU: Silverstone SFX (ST45SF) 80+ Bronze

CASE: Raven RVZ01

 

FANS:

 

STOCK Raven RVZ01 Fans + Cooler Master Geminll M4 CPU cooler.

 

All this + Silverstone Silent Foam

 

Do you think it will be quiet?

If the fans are making a noticeable noise then it may be a good idea to get quieter fans.

Yeah, thats why i created another thread asking if someone knows hoy noisy the stock fans are...
