HDD not spinning when used after long time

Hi 

 

I have 2 hdd from Toshiba 2.0 TB and from WD 1.5 TB.

These 2 drives were working perfectly. These drives were not connected to computer for an year. But now when tried to connect them they are not spinning no vibration or sign of any activities. They also not showing in bios. 

 

Why this is happening and how to solve the problem.

Have you tried them in another system? Or another cable, another sata, power socket etc.

Yes I tried in 3 diffrent system with different cables. But no sign of any activities
