Identify server PSU

Hi, 

 

I had a PSU recently die in a Facilis server and I'm having some difficulties finding a replacement & maybe they don't even exist anymore it is a pretty old unit, I'm not that familiar with server standards. Please see the pictures, if anyone is able to point me in the direction of a replacement it would be hugely appreciated. Thank
