I have out together two part lists and it would really help if you guys could help me decide which one to buy and build, and any improvements i could make to either... I would really appreciate it if you could help....

2nd one easily. Just drop the memory to 1600 or 1866. Also, with the savings, see if you can bump that cooler up to a Hyper 212 EVO.

Here's my alternative:

CPU:  AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor  (£76.79 @ Aria PC)
CPU Cooler:  Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  (£25.45 @ Scan.co.uk)
Motherboard:  MSI 990FXA-GD65 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  (£79.19 @ Aria PC)
Memory:  Kingston Beast 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  (£53.00 @ Amazon UK)
Storage:  Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (£40.09 @ Aria PC)
Video Card:  Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card  (£191.97 @ PC World Business)
Case:  Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case  (£59.98 @ Dabs)
Total: £562.51
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I chose the memory because it was the cheapest one on PartPicker, it's price must have dropped... If it is expensive when I go to buy I will change it

Since your in the Ireland, Overclockers UK are pretty good with new hardware and a large range.

You chose the Corsair Carbide 300R which is about £60-£70A lot of the time people who have their heart set won't change the case, but Corsair have also just released the Carbide SPEC-03 for £45. It has the same internal layout, has a window and is cheaper but looks different.

You had an i5 and an fx 8core system, both will perform very similar with the same GPU, so its up to your preference. going with a 4th generation Intel gives you a broader choice in colours, which for a windowed case i think is important.

You could save a couple of quid here and there without the fancy motherboard and ram but they do look good.

PCPartPicker part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3vndv

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor  (£128.22 @ Ebuyer)
Motherboard: MSI H87-G43 GAMING ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£87.13 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  (£59.99 @ Aria PC)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (£42.73 @ Aria PC)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card  (£179.99 @ Novatech)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  (£36.04 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £534.10
