Thread ripper build not working

I just bought a used Gigabyte Aorus master trx40 after testing my whole build, the dram light showed. I have tried three different types of ram at all different speeds. I have reset the bios even replaced the motherboards battery but it won't post because the ram won't cooperate. I have test the power supply and ram on another computer and they work fine. Also the Mbios light turns on with computer if that means anything. If you have any solution please feel free to comment. I have also clean the ram and tried to no avail.  I have consulted the manuel and made sure to put them in slotted a2 and b2. And fully seated too. I have tried DDR4-2400 CMV8Gx4M1A2400C16, DDR4-2666 CMK8GX4M2A2666C14 as well as TF3D416G3200HC16CDC01 3200mhz 2*8g
