Need Help With PSU

I have a very Limited budget and I need to buy a new PSU as the  old one gives weird buzzing sound as it runs. The previous PSU was "Thermaltake TT-500NL1NH-1". I have no experience with PSU. I would prefer a cheap PSU but not too cheap that might cause problems. Thank You.

Specs:

Processor : i7-3770

Motherboard : Gigabyte h61

Ram : 8gb (4 x 2)

GPU : Sapphire Rx560 4gb

SSD : Samsung 128gb

The fact you mention US $ I asuume you're in the US. Under $40 there's only junk available. at this price point, your most likely gonna have to get bronze rated and its not gonna be high wattage. So if you plan on upgrading your components in the future. I'd look more into $50-$60. The Corsair CV 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply is $40. Good brand and has sleeved cables from the look of it. If you can last thou and save up a little more.
