Which GPU do I need/want?!

Budget (including currency): 300 EU ish

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Rocket League, Dyson Sphere Program, indie games

Current Build:

AMD MSI B550 A PRO

BALLISTIX 16 GB RAM 3600 CL 16

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

Samsung SSD 980 PRO 1TB

Corsair PSU RM750

GEFORCE GTX 950

Huawei Mateview GT + AOC E2470SWH

 

So, a few months ago, I build my very first PC. It was a lot of fun picking the parts and doing the research, and eventually building it. The problem was (or is) that GPU prices were sky high. So I borrowed an old GPU from an old system of a friend, the GTX 950. Now, I can definitely game with this GPU, but it isn't the best. Overall the FPS is not great. Now that I have this amazing Mateview GT and dropping GPU prices, I want a suitable GPU for my build.

 

I do not have a lot of knowledge about GPU's because there are so many, plus it wasn't in my budget with the current prices to even do the research. Initially, I wanted to go for the GTX 1660. My younger brother has that one, and it looked perfectly fine. Now I am a person that likes to have a bit more expensive stuff even though I am not really going to need it. I like to have the option if I ever wanted to do heavier workload stuff. So I landed on the GTX 1660 TI. 

 

My question now is, is this GPU suitable for a screen like the Mateview GT? Also, this screen has Freesync capabilities, so an AMD GPU would actually be a better fit. And the prices are somewhat nicer in general if I'm correct. Ray tracing is not a necessity for me at all. My monitor is capable of 165 Hz, would be nice to come close to that number.

I would not recommend going bellow the Radeon RX 6600. From Nvidia, the RTX 1660 Super would do, but the 3060 would be recommended.

Nothing special available up to €300. Up to €400 there's a 1660 Super, 3050 or RX 6600.

So I did some research and found some interesting GPU’s. So the cards I’ve been checking are the 3050, Rx 6600 and 3060. From what I’ve read, the 3050 isn’t really worth it because the 6600 is better and for somewhat the same price. 
 

Now I’ve found the Inno3D RTX 3050 twin X2 for €340. The MSI RX 6600 Mech 2X is €410. Just for some more comparison, the MSI RTX 3060 Ventus 2X is €480. 
 

The inndo3D seems very cheap in comparison to other 3050’s. I can’t really find reviews about it, but is it worse than others? Because it seems that the 3050 is the most bang for the buck right with that pricing, right?
