Needed Assistance

I have a system that has core i7 11th gen Z490 gaming plus DDR 4 3200 mhz 32 GB RAM kit 16x2 Kit 256 GB Nvme Drive and a 2TB storage hdd.

Everything work fine but i do some photoshop works it starts to lack and get hangs  what might be the issue. 
Sugesstion highly requried

try removing the 2TB HDD. its either that or there is something wrong with your SSD.
