Is there a better case at this price range

Depends on your taste. And if you are sure you want full size atx. depends on your taste really. I am a big fan of silverstone cases but thoes are way more money. The corsair cases are nioce, but also a bit more. The obsidean 450d is around 120.

None really, they just have a different look.
