I have to buy 6 desktops that meet the following requirements:

Windows 10 Pro

15 different users (accounts) will use a single PC

They have 2 24 inch screens

They use simultaneously:

  A cloud register program with VPN

 2 offsite programs via an internal firewall

 6 periveral devices (scanners, card readers, etc)

 O365 desktopprograms

Teams

Phone program

 

We  normally work with dell. 

 

We work wit Optiplex 7040 Intel i5. We have performance issues so we are looking for new pc's.

 

If necessairy the budget can stretch but rather not

 

I found a lot of information for gaming and home use but not for a desktop used by a great number of people and the specific use I described.

 

Any advice would be welcome!
