Fortnite 3060 low fps

So i was playing fortnite yesterday and i was getting a decent 144fps with all low settings but i looked on youtube and there was a person with a 3050 that was getting all low settings and they were running about 200 - 240 and not i was no on performance mode and they were not either

What CPU did they have? What CPU did they have? 

 

How much RAM did they have? How much RAM do you have?

 

What speed of RAM do they have? What speed of RAM do you have? 

 

Are you on the latest drivers? 

 

Have they overclocked their CPU/GPU?

 

Have you got your card actually plugged into a x16 slot on your motherboard? 

 

A lot of unknowns here
