Country: Bahrain

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: python and all

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): hackintosh that can compare to macbook pro m1 with the same specs or more like 16gb ram.

There isent much you you can get for your budget a cpu like the M1 is like 700 usd

Why use mac for just phyton?

Anyway, the recipe is simple, Intel CPU + AMD gpu. preferably based on the real (old) mac configuration.

You can use Ryzen or newer Intel, but might have some problems.
