HyperX CloudX, Xbox question

I have a question about this headset HyperX CloudX, Xbox 3.5mm : since it says it's for Xbox will I have any problem using it on a PC ? Something like sound being delayed or worse quality ? Or why is it promoted for being for xbox ?

Its the version with white box and has nothing in it but the headset itself with the detachable mic.

The only problem is that you wouldn't be able to use the mic on it unless you have a pc adapter with headphones and mic input but without it you can still get sound fine

I got the hyperx cloud alpha splitter I think it should work fine with them but still I wonder why they call them xbox since they could work on other platforms as well
