Pc not working properly

I have an RTX 3060(12GB) and I9-10900F with 16GB RAM and its running worse than my friends GTX 1660(4GB) i5 and 16GB and i only got it a few weeks ago it doesnt matter what game what settings what resolution everything is slower its worse in every way the loading takes longer and stuff like thatthe games run worse and
