I have a Corsair H100i Elite Cappelix AIO. When starting it up, the fill plug popped out and spilled fluid all over my GPU, motherboard among other things. I have already cleaned everything with 91% isopropyl. But I still want to use my AIO. I already figured out how I'm going to refill it, but I don't know how many orings I'm supposed to have in the fill plug (it has 2 but looks like it should have 3) and what size are they. Also what would cause it to blow in the first place. It is way more cooling than I need so I don't think it was overpressurization from heat. I'm leaning towards a factory defect, but I could be wrong. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
