i7 9700 GTX 1070 performance?

Someone uses the i7 9700 processor with the GTX 1070?

I would like to upgrade to this processor because my i5 8400 bottlenecks my GTX 1070.

I would like to ask if you get 100% Gpu usage on AAA games.

What games are you having issues with? A 1070 with an 8400 is a pretty balanced combo in most games, there's probably something else going on here.

Yeah, an 8400 should do fine in all of those (Flight sim might give issues, but 12900Ks and 3090s have issues with that game)

 

Can you monitor per core CPU usage as well as the frequency you're hitting?
