Need help with audio issues

So, yesterday I just moved pc cases from my old case to my new one, and when I turned on my pc It was showing my headphones being connected but when I put them on and tried to watch some youtube I heard nothing, but a high pitched buzzing noise in my left ear, I've tried downloading new drivers, but I just don't know how to fix this.

My headphones are Logitech G332

CPU Ryzen 5 3600

Motherboard is Asrock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4

PSU is 500W

Rest don't think It's necessary for this issue

Here's It showing that they're connected

Update: I've now intalled Realtek Hd audio Drivers 2.82, still got the buzzing noise on my left and nothing else, but now I can hear on my right headphone

Are your headphones plugged into the motherboard or the case

They are plugged into the motherboard, not the case

1. Do the headphones work on another device

2. What colour headphone jack (3.5mm) plug are they in

Did you connect the audio connector from the case? That one might be broken and your computer thinks you have headphones connected to the front panel connector. Please disconnect it from the mainborad and try again, if the headphones work then.

I am sorry, but in this case, i think the output jack is broken. Does the one on the case work?

It's got almost the same issue but it buzzes on my right ear. The jack worked completely fine in my previous case, the only thing i did was switch cases.

Update: Left side still has the buzzing but now I can very slightly hear the left side (Barely)

This is really weird. What is left is the audio on your mainboard. I think you damaged it somehow.

Have you disabled "Mono Audio" and checked if the volume levels are balanced? Mono audio plays the same thing out of both earphones which is bad because it has no immersive sound. Volume levels are changing how much sound can come out of each side of the earphone.

I already have mono audio disabled. Now makes me wonder, could it be because my motherboard isnt fully screwed in and it might be causing an interference
