My icue software recently has not been detecting my corsair h150i elite capellix and it’s attached fans. I believe it is just a software lighting issue because the cooler and fans itself work perfectly fine, but the only issue being the lighting. I have tried all common troubleshooting tips including deleting all other lighting software, delete and reinstall the app, repairing the application, and also unplugging and replugging in RGB connectors from my commander pro. I also reached out to corsair customer service but their tips did not do anything. I was hoping with a new update which I installed today would fix the software issues, but nothing changed. My friend’s Pc as well is having this issue.

I've heard that there is some sort of issue with updated iCUE software versions dropping support for certain so-called "legacy" hardware. I'm not familiar with the models you mention, are they older?

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***

No they are not old I just built my pc last year in May. The h150i elite capellix is not apart of legacy hardware because it is apart of the new generation of corsair coolers. My friend’s pc has the h150i elite lcd cooler, which is the same thing except it has an lcd display, and he has the same problem.
