System stuttering

When recently my system just starts stuttering while gaming many in rust but sometimes it does happen when simply browsing the web.

Gzkill Trident 64gb 3600 DDR4

Asus strix 690 - A

WD 1TB m.2 WDS100T3XHC 

Samsung 980 PRO Series NVMe SSD, PCIe 4.0 M.2 

Lian Li O11Dynamic XL 

Lian Li UNI FAN SL120 x3 

 

Its still kinda sturrering while posting this not as bad. NZXT cam says temps on cpu is 29 and gpu is 55. Im wondering is it an m.2 temps issue?
