Which cable do I use here?

This is a Seasonic Psu. Which cable am I supposed to use to connect this part? It's a control hub for the case fans.

The first picture you're holding the molex cable and in the second the SATA power that go into your PSU. I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. If you have devices that need an old school Molex power connection, hook up that first cable to the PSU. If you have devices that need SATA power, hook up that second cable to the PSU.
