This will be long winded so bear with me. I am my company's "tech guy" but that isn't saying much when the majority of the people in my office don't know how to get to their settings. So, easy to comprehend language would be very appreciated. so, here we go.

Some of my company's monitors will be fuzzy or shake incredibly quick that you can tell something is happening but only when you really stare at it. The company that we use to remote into and use as IT has recently told us it's because we are using Surface laptops even though they were the ones that were suggested in the first place. We all have Surface Laptop 3's and 4's which the problem happens with both. I am the only one with the AMD chipset Surface laptop 4 and I have not had any problems, but it seemingly affects about half of our staff. I recently was on the phone with the company and they pretty much said that we should have gone with Dell and the surface laptops were the problems, even though, once again, they choose Surface for us. Everyone's setup is a little bit different, be that monitors, docks (usb-c to hdmi and mini displayport to hdmi with active adapters) , or workplace (remote or in office). So, with that all being said, I am more leaning to it being a problem with the cloud desktop and their servers/computer that we remote into rather than it being a problem with the laptops themselves. Am I the one in the wrong or am I on the right track? Any thoughts?
