I assume you have tried restarting the PC?

 

If that didn't work, has the computer recently updated? Potentially try resetting windows or reverting to a prior windows save. That could help if it is only a recent issue. Could also be something corrupt on your C drive perhaps? But that should be less likely I would think

I already restarted my PC but it didnt work.It happened yestardey and since than it is like this.In settings it says that there is important files missing.I will update windows and see if that  works.Thanks for answer!
