Weird Overwatch Lag

Hi, so last week I installed and set up a new TP-LINK router to replace the one my internet provider gave me (very basic and not very intuitive) and it has been working great with all of my games and on all of my devices. That is until I played overwatch... When I play overwatch me latency seems to be sitting at around 30-40ms (which is perfectly normal for my internet), but every 5 seconds or so my IND will spike from 20-100 ish ms which makes the game almost unplayable. This never used to happen on the old router. I've attempted to port forward overwatch, in the hopes that it might help but it's made no difference.

 

If anyone has any ideas on what I can do to fix this, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks
