Firefox flickering after GPU update?

I'm unsure if this is the right place to post this.

Anyway, I updated to a 3060 from a 1060 today and when I watch a stream on my second screen and have a youtube video running, the twitch video feed will flicker over the youtube video for a splti second.

Browser is firefox, new driver installed for 3060, same results with hardware accel. turned off. Any tips?
