Something like a used GTX 1070 could fit into that budget and exceeds your requirements.

Though I wouldn't recommend it, even a 1060 is a viable option if you can't find the 1070 for cheap enough.

Good question. Unfortunately I know basically nothing about Intel CPUs to help with that. Sorry.

don't use the corsair spec delta case, I used that case and the airflow was terrible, a phanteks Eclipse P300A Mesh would be a much better option for £9 more

Hope my response helps 🙂

Since you have a 12th gen CPU which supports PCIE 4.0 this 6500 XT should do pretty decent, but you'll have to use the CPU for streaming which isn't amazing on an i3. You could replace the 12100F with a 12100 so you have Quicksync.

This RX 590 could work well too, it should perform similar to the 6500 XT with support for GPU streaming, but it's more expensive, older and uses more power. I wouldn't be surprised if AMD stops updating it in like 2-3 years.

If you can go a little bit over the budget this 1660 Super should do great. It's the fastest of all of them and has the best streaming encoder.

Another option would be to get a 5600G system and add a GPU later. If you go with this option here's a parts list I just made. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/WZRXTJ

Yeah for that price a 1070 would be great, if you don't mind getting a used GPU. I would recommend checking with the seller if you can see it working because there are a lot of scammers selling fake GPU's.

Also some other things about your build. Don't cheap out on the PSU, if unlucky it could die and take parts with it which would end up costing more. Also 240gb won't be enough, put Windows and FH5 on it and it's full. Would recommend at least 500gb or possibly even 1tb. Maybe you have an old drive from a previous system you could use?
