PC power problems

I was playing Valorant last night when my GPU crashed several times in a row. This doesn't usually happen, and this time was particularly bad. The GPU driver crashed 3 times, each time I would reopen Valorant and hope it would crash again within a few seconds of re-entering my game. Then, because of this repeatedly happening, I restarted my computer via windows. It restarted, and then blue screened basically when Valorant started opening. It then restarted itself, opened to the desktop, and at this point I had decided to just shut it off for the night.

 

I woke up this morning, tried to turn it on, and it won't. I've checked all of my wires, cables, and reseated my GPU and RAM sticks. I know its getting power, because all of my peripherals and my motherboard start glowing, but the power and reset buttons don't cause anything to happen. It doesn't turn on and then turn off, the pc just stays off. No fans come on either.

 

I have a Radeon RX580, Ryzen 5 2600, Asus TUF B450 Mobo, 16gb of vengeance low profile, and an EVGA 600w PSU. NO idea what to do at this point, so any suggestions are helpful.

I honestly don't know because it won't turn on, I don't know how to check otherwise.

I have two sticks, first one is CMK8GX4M1A2400C16, 1.20V ver 5.30

the second one is CMK6GX4M1A2400C14, 1.20V ver 8.30

I purchased them at different times, but they're both 8gb ddr4 2400mhz
