Problem with windows

I was going to turn on my computer this morning and when it turned on this popped up (see picture) i was still able to login but the start menu didn’t work, I then tried to run who crashed but windows said it was missing some sort of module. Is my computer totaled or is it something windows related?

These also popped up when trying to launch a steam game and opening task manager
