Just want to know whether this motherboard can support a Quadro t400 without any bottlenecks or problems

The motherboard: PowerX PMB H61 LGA1155 Socket Support Motherboard https://www.amazon.in/dp/B08W5CMP4W/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_7ZQMFV7KQRAQ6SD9F1G6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

PPL say they have paired it with similar if not higher CPUs (3rd gen) and it's working, so what do you think?

I5-3570K draws less power than i5-2500K. The motherboard is designed for lower power systems using locked (non K) CPU.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
