USB connecting sound

Hey guys I am having a issue where I hear the windows usb connecting sound and then my keyboard, mic, headset and all my case lights turn off and then turn back on. It happens randomly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BUILD:

Motherboard- MSI b550 tomahawk

CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 5800x

CPU Cooler- Corsair AIO H100i

GPU- RTX 3080 Founders Edition

RAM - 32Gb ballistics 3200

This sounds more hardware problem. Possibly with your mobo or PSU. Case lights are the biggest indicator as they are not directly connected to what operating system does, but all are connected to mobo. So its either mobo having issues, or PSU not being able to deliver enough power to keep everything running.
