I would try to go for 12th gen Intel. It was a big improvement from 11th gen. the i7-10700K is around 330$ (US) and the i7-12700k is around 400$ (US) so for an extra 70 its a big difference. If you don't want to do that then go for i5-12600K is 279$ (US) right now. I also wouldn't pay 139$ (US)  for windows. You can get licenses for around 40-50$ (US) on other sites so definitely shop around. Also I would be nervous about 850W PSU for 3080 on top of it being an SFX. But I also see its crazy expensive for SFX psu. Silverstone has a 1000W SFX psu but its 100$ (US) more so that is up to you what you would like to do.

OP build will work, but it is suboptimal.

I think this build fixes a number of issues and provides the aesthetic you are trying to achieve. It is more expensive than strictly necessary because of the aesthetics.
